1997/7-现在 华南师范大学化学系讲师、副教授、教授,无机化学研究所所长
2002/3-2003/3 荷兰莱顿大学(Leiden University)化学研究所博士后
2003/9-2004/9 美国普林斯顿大学(Princeton University)化学系访问研究员
