Introduction

Guangdong Engineering and Technology Research Center for Power and Energy Storage Battery Materials (hereinafter referred to as "Engineering and Technology Center") was approved and constructed by Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology in December 2014, and passed the acceptance test in December 2018.

In line with the national strategic development needs, the Engineering Technology Center carries out innovative research on new materials and new systems for power and energy storage batteries, mainly involving new positive and negative electrode materials, including silicon-based anodes and layered lithium-rich cathode materials, aiming to improve the energy density of power and energy storage batteries.
